We offer visa support to our guests for obtaining a Russian tourist visa.
A visa support document is an official document used to issue a Russian visa at a Russian consulate abroad. The issue of a visa support document, however, does not guarantee that a visa will be issued, since various restrictions may apply.
Visa support is free of charge only when the guest reserves a room at the hotel, providing his or her credit card details including the expiration date. The form must be filled out, signed, and sent by e-mail or fax.
If the reservation should be cancelled, or the guest, for whom visa support was provided by us, should fail to appear, a fine in amount of RUR 1,500 would be charged per each guest (with a further notification of the guest about the transaction).
