These terms and conditions apply to all services provided online. When you visit, view or use our website and/or make a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions shown below and agree with them.

Description of Services
You may reserve rooms and associated services at the Hotel using this website. When you make a reservation through the website, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Hotel.
Website reservation services are provided only for individual, non-commercial use. Therefore, you may not resell, create external hyperlinks, use, copy or track by any means (using any programs), display, download or reproduce any portion of the information, software, products or services offered on our Website for any commercial activities or goals or those of any competitor.
Reservations are made on the basis of a reservation form filled out by the client in the necessary manner.
Website reservations may be made only by adults over 18. You guarantee that the information you provide about yourself and the guests accompanying you is truthful in its entirety.
Rates
All the rates as quoted on the website are shown for the entire duration of the stay, with VAT and other taxes included, unless stated otherwise on our website or in the electronic confirmation of your reservation.
Special rates may be periodically offered on the website for a certain period. In this case, special restrictions and limitations may apply (e.g., for canceling the reservation or receiving a refund). To learn more about these restrictions, please read carefully the detailed description of the room and the applicable rates before you make your reservation.
Banking Card
To guarantee your reservation and/or payment (depending on the terms of the particular rate), you may need to provide banking card and billing information. We reserve the right to check (authorize) your banking card for a fee of RUR 1. To preserve and encode the data during transfer, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This technology encodes all of the information transferred to us and provides the maximum degree of security.
We accept VISA and MasterCard/EuroCard, excepting electronic cards, Diners Club and JCB.
The money is transferred in accordance with the rules and regulations of international payment systems.
To minimize the risks of unauthorized use of banking cards, the hotel reserves the right to require that you provide confirmation of your mailing address or send a copy of your banking card by fax or e-mail.
Hotel Service Provision Rules
When you reserve a room, you agree with the conditions of cancellation, no-show, and all other additional terms and conditions for hotel services.
The checkout time is 12:00 p.m. (Moscow time);
The check-in time is 2:00 p.m. (Moscow time).
Regardless of check-in time, a full day rate applies whenever the guest stays for less than one whole day.
Early check-in is possible whenever free rooms are available, and cannot be guaranteed by the hotel.
General Conditions for Reservation Changes and Cancellation
Changing or cancelling your reservation at least 24 hours before the check-in date may be completed free of charge.
Any late cancellations or no-shows without timely notice shall be subject to a fee equal to a one-night stay at the rate for the room in question. The fee shall be charged to the banking card provided as a guarantee.
Please make note that certain rates and special offers may not be cancelled or changed. We recommend that you carefully study the description of the specific rate and any special conditions that may apply before you make your reservation.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, refer to your electronic reservation confirmation and follow the instructions found therein. Please take note that you may be charged a fee for cancelling your reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show rules. Please study the cancellation and no-show rules before you make your reservation.
We do not charge children under the age of 5 years old if they do not require an extra bed. Buffet breakfast is provided for free. If necessary, extra bed is charged 500 rubles.
Children from 6 to 16 years are accommodated for the price of 300 rubles without extra bed and breakfast. If necessary, extra bed is charged 500 rubles.
Confidentiality
The Hotel observes strict ethical standards and respects your confidentiality. With the exception of cases as required and established by Russian law, we will not provide your personal information to any third parties without your consent.
Liability Limitations
According to the limitations established in the present terms and conditions, we shall be held liable only for direct damages actually inflicted, paid for or caused by our failure to meet our service obligations, in an amount not exceeding the total price of your order as shown in the electronic reservation confirmation (per incident or per series of related incidents).
The Hotel shall not be held liable for any indirect, special or other damages of any sort resulting from your access to our website.
Other Provisions
These rules and conditions, as well as other services that we provide, shall be governed by and provided according to the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions and other services provided by us shall be subject to litigation only in the competent courts of St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.
These rules and conditions may be periodically reviewed and amended. The current version of the document shall be made available on the website on the respective effective date. Your continued use of our services shall signify that you approve of the amended terms and conditions.
