On the 21st of September Karelia restaurant held its main event of the year - the official presentation of new and trendy menu by Artem Hairullin, restaurant’s recently appointed chief. Long awaited by our partners and clients, presentation covered not just the “a la carte” menu, but also banquet, New Year menu and our wine list.
In the variety of dishes our guests singled out sauté of courgettes with goats’ cheese and pesto sauce, salad with duck breast under veloute sauce and rolls with pike perch and prawns with stuffed marrows under mollusk sauce.
The presentation became a wonderful opportunity to gather all our partners and clients. Our guests took their advantage to taste dishes and drinks from the new menu listening to a splendid jazz trio of Aleksey Cheremizov.
